McGill Student Emergency Support Fund

The McGill Student Emergency Support Fund helps McGill students facing unforeseen expenses due to a crisis situation. The Fund was created to support students impacted economically by the early containment efforts of the COVID-19 pandemic. It has since expanded to assist students facing a variety of financial emergencies. Student Emergency Support Fund bursaries are available immediately, and students in need can contact the Scholarships and Student Aid Office to initiate the application process.

In the wake of the pandemic, increased global strife, and ongoing economic uncertainty, students need emergency aid more than ever. While the University has allocated support for the Fund, the McGill community is an integral partner in ensuring that emergency bursaries can be distributed.
